A Vision in Land Art
In 2005, artist Leonard Te Nyenhuis brought a unique artistic vision to life with his Land Art project “Kunst Hügel – Coloured Wave” in the southern section of the “Grüne Mitte Neuallermöhe” in Hamburg, Germany. This striking piece, spanning approximately 70 meters, was an innovative fusion of landscape and artistic expression, embodying the dynamic relationship between color, form, and natural elements.

At the heart of “Coloured Wave” was an earth mound, reinforced by a wave-shaped supporting wall rising up to one meter in height.
